Work Day Rules and Safety Precatutions

Below is a list of items to expect on the day of work.

• We do use chemicals to ensure we get a deep and lasting cleaning on your home.
• All vegetation will be pre and post rinsed to ensure chemicals do not kill your vegetation.  From time to time some discoloration may occur but we work diligently to do our best to protect your vegetation.
•  All chemical cost are factored into your estimate.
• Any furniture or cluttered will need to be moved prior to job starting.
• Pictures are taken before the start of the project of the areas to be cleaned.
• D&H Pressure Washing, LLC with not be responsible for any old flaking paint this is already coming off of the house.
• Prior to starting job, it is required that outside animals be secured and inside animals to remain inside while work is being performed.
• If you have an irrigation system, it is recommended to run it for 10 - 15 minutes after the completion of job to ensure all grass and vegetation is washed and watered plentifully.
